Airlink To Operate Repatriation Flights Between Johannesburg And Luanda

Airlink the Southern African regional airline say they will operate repatriation flights between Johannesburg and Luanda this Sunday, 05 December 2021, after receiving authorisation from the Angolan Government.

This follows Angola’s decision to close its borders to South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique,  Botswana, Eswatini, Zimbabwe and Tanzania.

The airline says that anyone wanting to make use of the flight to Luanda or the return flight from the Angolan capital to Johannesburg, should either contact their travel agent or book online via the www.flyairlink.com website.

The South African regional airline has applied to operate a number of repatriation flights to assist stranded people.  Details of additional flights will be announced via their different communication channels as and when Angola’s authorities grant permission for them.
